BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

Meaning, if you didn't eat breakfast, your brain will function slowly!
That means you can't think well in Mr yeo lesson or you didn't do your homework, try to reason with him that it's all your maid/mum fault.
Cause they forgotten to make breakfast for you! :D
(Pss: & this also means, Brandon, don't steal my breakfast everytime. It means alot to me! If i didn't get enough breakfast, i may just forget your name! :O & call you funny names! )

2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

Meaning, if you eat too much, you will have mental problems. HAHAHAH! Not -.-
The reason is deprive from Brandon :/ Lolololololols. ]He always accuse him or suaning him but i did not! Actually, im just stating the facts lah! ):

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing
malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

I don't know why Guanyeow said that this fact to sooo true & im a living example.
Please lor, my brain is not slow & my brain is functioning very well:)
Not like people that i know who only have a pea-size brain!

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air
decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain
efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the
death of brain cells.

Reason with Mr Ashley Tan if he caught you sleeping in his class.
Tell him this "Mr tan! Do you really want us to suffer for our whole lifetime just because of this action of yours!"
& than give him a very pitiful face.
& be prepare to get kick out of the classroom during history!

7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and
decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of
the brain as well as damage the brain.

Cough a few times during lesson & try to seek sympathy from your teacher that you're sick & can't do your homework.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may
cause brain shrinkage.
