Cause im finally blogging about the SSC camp! :D

K, for the SSC selection camp this year.
I've really enjoyed myself & im really lucky & proud to get the group that im in charge of,


that's group two -- integrity.



The first time meeting with them, i thought that the selection camp will be a maybe boring/not fun one.
But i was wrong okay.
The first time when they meet, the ice in them was not melt yet,
that's why they appear as they're very quiet & shy.
But during the first day, the second half of the day,
the ice in them began to melt & the fun just started! :D


They can be very very fun!
I think among the four groups, my group is the best! :D
They can get really united & all of them take turns to lead well.
Our group is conflicts-free & that's a good thing!
If there's conflicts among the group,
there'll be serious trouble as they'll not get along well.
Fortunately, i don't see this problem in my group:D
Seriously, i think that this is the best group ever!




k, let's get to the ssc camp(:


Reported at 9+ during the first day of the camp, doing the final discussion.
LOLS, you call this last minute prep :/
I was having a terrible flu on that morning + a tiny bit of emo-ness. Cause somehthing happen ):
But i was all alright after we reached the campsite about one hour later.
I was flu-ing like crazy before the camp -- everyone was asking me to go home & rest.
But it's alright lah, im sooo lucky i didn't listen to them & go home.
If not i'll miss the camp & worse still! GROUP TWO! ):


Hahahahah, the person that wanted me to go home IMMEDIATELY was fairuz.
Cause he was soo sick & tired of me saying him barbi :x
LOLS, k. i shall not be soo racist lah.
Im calling him barbi-doll now.
SEE! Such a sweet name, he got to thank me man! :D
yay! Thankyou thankyou, i rocks :D


At first, they issued out some sunblock lotion.
& the package of the sunblock lotion looks sooo like condom!
It's true lah, everyone thinks exactly the same.
Let me discribe the package of it since i don't have the picture of that sunblock lotion.


The box which contains the sunblock lotion have the word
"Safe protection"
& "when you are out and about, relaxing, having fun when it happens in the heat of the moment."
& "you may think putting it on is uncomfortable and it takes all the fun out of it"
& "for long lasting pleasure"


k, im not thinking dirty or what okay!
But it's just that every single one of us was shock when we received this box!
& i immediately opened this box, only to realize that it was sunblock lotion.
Of couse im not dissapointed lah! $@%#@$



But seriously speaking,the design of the box isn't pictures that there's sun & chilren playing or stuff.
Like those typical sunblock lotion design,
instead, the design is very simple. A blue backgrnd a & a few white people image.





The colour is like that!

Dark blue!

If you get a box something like this, what'll you think.

Let's not talk about the box which looks like condom anymore. LOLS! :/





Okay, Stozer helped me to buy a cheeeese-burgur for lunch,
& the cheeeeeese-burger was in my bag all the way during the camp.
Yes, i know you'll go eeeeeee!
But i've already discard it =="



The first day of the camp was basically ice-breakers games & stuff lah.
& YES! The macdonalds games came into my life ONCE AGAIN! :D
Hahahahaha, everytime when i played the macdonalds game, surely got people show the pattern of "nuggets"
LOLS! If you've played the game before, you should understand what im saying lah.
Especially group two! :D



After that, we went to the huge grass area nearby for frisbee course.
(: It was fun!
We're divided into three people per group.
My group have peiwen & aloysious.
That's when we began to see the real aloysious.
& the iceberg in him began melting!
Ha-ha, we called him ah-loy lah! :D
Than i keep on repeating, so next time his wife must call him "ah-lau ah-lou ah!"
So confusing! LOLS!
Btw, ah-lau in hokkien stands for hubby.




During the process of playing frisbee, i though i dislocated my arm.
When im about to throw the firsbee, i heard a crack.
Than, i can't seemed to stretch my hand straight, my elbows were hurting like shitt man!
I though my hands're going to drop off!
I ran to complained to Mr.chunchun immediately & told him about the pain.
& guess what he say?
He replied causually " Oh, it's alright one "
$#@%#@%$ If really something happen to me, he's going to pay for my hospitl bills.
Muahahahah:D:D




Haha, ahloy was soooo kanjiong man.
Cause i injured my arm when im receiving the frisbee that he threw.
Don't worry lah ahloy, you don't have the power to throw that firsbee sooo hard until it injrued my hand,
you don't have that strong ability to do so yet.
LOLS! :D
Ahloy was sooo full of himself man, though his frisbee is quite good lah, but not as goood as me & peipei :D
He keep adding a NIA behind his sentence that makes him soo full of himself $#@%$#@$
For example " Haiyah, frisbee only NIA. What so difficult NIA "
Ignore him, cause im much more better than him in frisbee! :D
Declared my mr.president & myself! :D



K, after frisbee which we have tons of fun!
Went back to base camp & the sec twos started field cooking!
I think they cook can curry for the first night & also rice!
Haha, the chaoda rice + the soft watery rice.
But it was not bad lah!

Kudos to my group! :D:D

I actually enjoyed eating & pinching their food lah! HAHAH:D



After that, stella conducted a talk.
Haha, stella the teacher! :D
But hor, sadly to say stella.
I almost fell asleep! :/
But tell you a good news, even in teacher class, i fell asleep!
So don't need to feel so bad about it lah.
HAHAHA!



After the food, went for night walk! :D
Seriously, night walk this time no kick NIA.
LOLS! :D
It's less than a few metre distance lor, smoemore it's in pairs!
Guess who i walked with?
YEAPS! I walked the night walk with Mr.andy kong! :D
AHAHAHAHH!
Throughout the whole distance,
i was telling him.
" Mrkong, don't scared okay! I protect you! :D Im responsible for your safety! Don't worry! "

& Mr yeo gave me a very diao look =="
Cause after that i keep showing off that i protected Mrkong! :D
that's why he's safe after the whole journey!

After night walk was bed timeee :D
I mean, for the sec twos people lah!
For the facilitator, there's meeting at 12+am than after meeting was bedtime.
Groans*
But they said that me & amelia went sleeping once we lay down.
:/ Cause both of us have camp for a few consecutive days, so both of us are tired ssc-ians ):




DAY TWO!

woke up at 5+ i think?
Yeaps, about there.

No morning circle that morning morning ):
So sad lah! I love those kind of circles cause i can get to talk & debrief in those kind of circles):



After their self-cooked breakfast, which is just milo & bread.
Okay, apparently my group's ultra clever!:D
Cause they wanted to save all the trouble of washing their messtin so they just boiled water for their milo.
thus! They have bread & milo for the breakfast that day,
SEE HOW SMART MY GROUP IS! :D
You know why my group that smart?
Ta-daaa! cause there's an instructor like me in their group!
LOLS!



After self-cooked breakfast, we went to the briefing for hiking.
& They learnt how to tie knots.
HAHA! I know how to tie knots already:D:D
Cause i learn all those funnny funny knots name in OBS already!
SEE HOW SMART I AM.
lols, im getting bhb-er & bhb-er each day leh:/


Whoosh, & the tough hiking starts.
I don't know why, i feel that it's ultra tough.
Maybe because of the fact that i've not exercising lately.
HAHAHA:D
It's ultra tough & my legs muscle ache like shit.


But i perserver on, due to a mindset.

Since the sec twos are carrying such heavy bags & im not,
Since they can do it, why can't I?
Since they're normal people & im a person who can rock the whole world upside down,
Since the normal people can do it, why can't I?

Thankfully, due to this mindset, i survive through this ordeal :D:D



HIKING FOR 14KM!!!
IMGAINE RUNNING 2.4 CONTINUOUSLY FOR SEVEN TIMES!
S-E-V-E-N!!!
FURTHERMORE, NOT ON FLAT GROUNDS!
ON THOSE FOREST GROUNDS THAT HAVE STEEEEP SLOPES!
I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE ON THIS HIKE =="





Im really speechless about their attitude & mindset throughout the hike,
it was this set of belief that they give me & also, for me to complete my hike:D


Throughout the hiking, mr Teo was with me :D
Though he keep suaning me lah, he keep saying words like "Haiyah, Doreen cannot already"

Which i CAN! I think he's using this way to spur me on lah.
This is call ci ji? Ah, whatever:D


Seriously, i personally thinks that the hike was quite toughing.
Especially the slopes going UP & down at the ending of the hike.
It was ultra tough.
Me and ahloy was lagging behind of the group.
& we're discussing about how we're going to bomb that place in another 10 years time.
When i become the president wife & he become the prime minister:D


SOON OKAY! :D




Oh! & did i mention that throughout the way, we saw monkeys!
& everyone started mentioning about Stozer, which is quite normal.



Okay, after the loong loong hike which i shall not elaborate any further before it bores anyone of you to DEATH! :/
After the hike, we were ask to lay down on the ground and straightern out legs,
cause the instructor said that need to let the blood flow back the body since all the blood are gathered at our legs :o
Than instructor told us to massage each other.
Due to the fact that im the odd one out & i don't have a partner,
i was ask to go to the front, and the instructor personally massge my shoulder for me :D
How lucky can that be, that instructor has good skills massging my shoulder.
:D Though im not carrying any heavy bags throughout the whole journey.
lmaoooo:/


After the hike, which we're like dead beat?
& worse still, my swollen & twisted leg gets even swollen.
& im having feverrr D:


During the lunch period was extremely tough.
Uh, i mean, im feeling very very sick & uncomfortable):
I ate only a few mouthful of rice & threw the whole packet away!
Groans*
I took a short nap.
As in, i bow my head down & took a "short nap".
I was totally worn-out & sick lor!




Everyone was telling me not to go mountain biking!
Cause right after lunch, we're going to mountain biking.
But i want to try out mountain biking thereforeee, i ignore their advice.
LOLS!
But they said that my leg condition will get worsen.
lols, i ignore their advice also :/
Paiseh ah!


They teaches us the technics to ride bike "skillfully" :o
I felt soo faint during the practise time..
I half-fainted while holding on to the bike):
But i manage to perserve cause i wanted to try mountain biking!

But end up..........................

I SPEND HALF OF THE WHOLE BIKING JOURNEY,

PUSHING MY BIKE.



& apparently, the other half, riding my bike.
lols!


Every upslope that i saw, i came down of my bike & push.
Downslope, if too steep, i scream my heads off while riding the bike.

k, it's embarrasing.
But i really got to thank my group member:D


Seriously, during the whole bike journey.
As i just relearn my bike skills.
I was ultraa unbalance & im on the verge of falling off my bike every few seconds.
So it was hell for me throughout the journal.
Really hell):
I really though of giving up.
But aw, since i already manage to do it already...

Seriously, it's all your motivations & encouragements that keep me going.

I keep saying to those people behind me.

A few of them tried to stay behind me,
but in the end, i was really too slow.
& they have no choice but to overtake me.
But it's alright, i understand:D

So sorry, i can't really differentshape between you two then :/
kamarus/syah was the one who was behind me telling me it's alright.
But until bobian circumstances, he overtake me.
Than, ah-loy was behind me.

& he was behind me all the way at the later part of the journey!
Really thanks, & because of me, he have to cycle slowly):

& also, during those ultra steep slopes,
i was screaming my heads off.
Than i heard encouragements, but idk it came from who.

I heard encouragements like
" Don't worry, don't scream. You can do it man! "
& i start mustering up courage to tell myself i can cycle down the steep slope without falling/being topple! :D


But during the very last part of the journey, the best part ever, my bike was going too fast!
& i almost bang until the person infront of me!!
To prevent this from happening,
i immediately change my bike direction,
& i landed up on a grass patch =="
Phew!
Cause next to me is the big main road! :/
How dangerous can that beeee!

& also, i'd like to say to those people who didn't get a try of mountain biking cause they're really worn-out / afraid.
I'd like to say, give it a try the next time if you have a chance to do it again! :D



After that, was dinner?
Than we have group presentations.
For the group presentations, would like to thanks zhenyan & the whole group for the marvelous effort:D
They really rocks!:D


After that, was candle soccer!
I hope to join in the fun too):
But i was really too tired & furthermore, my temperature was 38.0 than!):
& my leg, swollen after a whole day tiring activities!
So, i just sit down at a corner with nathan & playin with fire.
But not long after, nathan can't resist the fun & went to join them =="

School reopen one week already.
& i seriously detest going to school.
Im still having the holiday mood- DONT ASK ME WHY.

It seems like im not on a school holiday during the school holiday due to being tied up with many things,

Tons of reason for me to go back to school during the holidays):

I fell asleep everytime in physics class, & i know that this will leads to complete disaster in my physics EOY results.

Amaths sucks too!
Im really disliking Chin2.
Guess what? For the whole week this week.
We only have ONE period of Amaths lesson.

During the first two period lesson, she went for the cultural fiesta rehersal?
Therefore, she didn't turn up for the first two periods of our amaths.

The second two periods, she was on MC.

& i bet that she's soo going to blame our class that we're lagging behind other classes when she returns next week.
So it'll be our fault in the end.
She just love pointing fingers at us. Don't ask me why.
& she's on mc on every Monday, if you realize?
Most of the days that she's on MC, falls on a monday.
Perharps she's having monday blues?

Oh, cultural fiesta today.

- Cultural Fiesta DAY - the sun & the weather just spoilts the mood
It's really sucky to have cultural fiesta held in the day.
It totally ruin everything!
Even my mood & high-ness was being pulled down by the damm hot & scorching sun.
Melting season today............. =="

Not going to elaborate as was reallyy no mood & hot & tired during the whole fiesta.
Conclusion, it sucks to have cultural fiesta in the day.
But nevertheless, i really enjoyed all the performance!
Especially the dance item of the ex-kranjian & also Surien's group!
